I worked with Jeremy specifically to regain movement in my left shoulder. It is an old injury that required surgery and flares up now and again. I am delighted with the results and the tips he gave me to help me manage this going forward.
Working as a personal trainer and training as a bodybuilder, Pilates with Jeremy gave me more postural strength and awareness by further strengthening my core, within a number of sessions, increasing my mobility and flexibility alleviating pain and discomfort which enabled me to both train and sleep better, giving me a greater range of movement so I could pose better and improved my joint stability preventing injury. I also found the internal focus on the body and breath, meditative and restorative, aiding my recovery and resulting in a number of PR lifts during the period. I’ve now incorporated a number of Pilates positions into my own and my clients mobility work. Can’t recommend it enough!
